Product Exchange & Return Policy
1. General Statement
We regret any inconvenience you may experience. For assistance regarding product exchanges, customers must contact us at [email protected]. All requests will be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
2.1. Products may only be exchanged if they are proven to be defective or incorrectly delivered.
2.2. Requests for exchange must be submitted within seven (7) business days from the date the product is received by the customer.
2.3. All returned items must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
2.4. Products returned outside the specified timeframe or without proof of purchase shall not be eligible for exchange.
3. Exchange Processing Time
3.1. All approved exchanges will be processed within seven (7) business days after the returned package has been received and verified at our office.
3.2. Processing time excludes delivery and courier handling periods.
4. Order Modification and Payment Policy
4.1. If the Customer wishes to replace a product that has already been ordered, the Customer must not complete the payment for the existing order.
4.2. The Customer must submit a new order for the replacement product.
4.3. Any unpaid order shall be automatically canceled as follows:
- After 24 hours for bank transfer payments; or
- After 30 minutes for payments via GO-PAY, OVO, Kredivo, and credit card.
5. Limitation of Rights
5.1. The Company reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Terms and Condition
Alchemist Fragrance reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any order if the order process and/or order details do not comply with and/or violate the Company’s terms and conditions.
